  Soliciting or facilitating monetary bets, illegal transactions, or prohibited goods and services.<\/p>\n

  • Abusing Reporting Tools<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Using Buddybet\u2019s reporting tools to spam, harass, bully, intimidate, abuse or create hostility against another person or group.<\/p>\n

    • Impersonation or other misleading conduct<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Impersonating a person or group, other than yourself, or otherwise actin in a misleading and deceptive way (such as by suggesting that you have an affiliation or association that you do not have).<\/p>\n

      • Infringing Intellectual Property rights<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Posting content that infringes copyright rights, trademarks or other rights of another person or group.<\/p>\n

        • Spam<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Sending unwanted or unsolicited material to another person or group.<\/p>\n

          \n
          • Sexual or Suggestive Content<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Soliciting, sharing, threatening to share or encouraging the sharing of sexual or suggestive content.<\/p>\n

            • Other<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Any other type of behaviour or activity which Buddybet, at its sole discretion, deems inappropriate.<\/p>\n

              Reporting<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

              Reporting inappropriate behaviour is the best way of bringing a breach of the Community Guidelines to our attention.<\/p>\n

              Within the Buddybet App, on iPhone and Android, you are able to notify us of inappropriate behaviour by:<\/p>\n

              \n
              1. tapping , which will appear on the top right corner of each bet, comment, or post;<\/li>\n
              2. selecting \u201cReport<\/strong>\u201d from the on-screen options;<\/li>\n
              3. selecting the type of inappropriate behaviour you wish to report from the on-screen options;<\/li>\n
              4. detailing reasons for making the report (*optional<\/em><\/strong>*); and<\/li>\n
              5. selecting \u201cSubmit<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                 Each report sent by you will remain anonymous, except where you are reporting a copyright or trademark infringement.<\/p>\n

                 If you wish to report another account, you can do so by clicking into the relevant profile and tapping  on the top right corner and following the same prompts as above.<\/p>\n

                 Alternatively, you are welcome to send us an email about your concerns to support@bb-wa-buddybet-website-prod-eastau-a9htdub8grfzfqgg.australiaeast-01.azurewebsites.net<\/a>.<\/p>\n

                 We appreciate that reporting disturbing behaviour or content can be difficult for some and we encourage you to seek external help and\/or support if required.<\/p>\n

                 Blocking Users<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                 If you wish to block another account on Buddybet, you can do so.<\/p>\n

                 An account that has been blocked by you, will not be able to detect, search, find or view your profile or our content. However, if you have an active or resulted bet with an account that you have blocked, the bet will remain be visible from within \u201cMy Bets\u201d.<\/p>\n

                 You can block another account by clicking into their profile and tapping \u201cBlock\u201d.<\/p>\n

                 If you wish to unblock an account, you can do so by clicking into their profile and tapping \u201cUnblock\u201d.<\/p>\n

                 Content<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                 You should not submit content on Buddybet that you do not have the rights or authority to share. Doing so may expose you to liability.<\/p>\n

                 Buddybet may use your content to operate its services and for broadcast, distribution, or publication.<\/p>\n

                 Any ideas, suggestions and feedback you provide to us can be freely used by us.<\/p>\n

                 We may, in our sole discretion, delete or remove your content at any time and for any reason.<\/p>\n

                 Your use of any content that third parties post on Buddybet is at your own risk.<\/p>\n

                 Your rights<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                 We respect the property of others and expect you to do the same.<\/p>\n

                 If you believe that any content on Buddybet infringes your copyright rights, trade marks or any of your other rights, you can report it to us at support@bb-wa-buddybet-website-prod-eastau-a9htdub8grfzfqgg.australiaeast-01.azurewebsites.net<\/a>.<\/p>\n

                 If you falsely report an infringement, you may be liable for costs and damages.<\/p>\n

                 We will notify you if we remove content you have posted in response to an infringement report made by someone else.<\/p>\n

                 If we suspect that our Community Guidelines have been disregarded, we, in our sole and absolute discretion, have a number of ways to enforce them. These include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
